How many coins were minted 2009

Using the latest production figures for coins in circulation for the year of Jefferson, 39.8 million 36 coins were minted in Denver and 39.84 million in Philadelphia, for a total of 79.20 million coins. For comparison, 640.6 million nickel coins were minted last year.
