The 1120S K-1, technically known as Schedule K-1 Form 1120S, is the tax form used by owners and investors of S corporations. A blank copy of Schedule K-1 for Form 1120S is available on the IRS website. Table K-1 records each portion of the entity’s ownership of income, deductions, loans, and other financial items.
